Platform Role

Callitabhi is a content hosting and distribution platform. Responsibility for content rests solely with the user who submits it.

• We do not create, author, or endorse user-generated content.
• Callitabhi uses third-party platforms, including Instagram, for distribution while maintaining permanent archives on its own infrastructure.

User Accounts & Roles

Users may register to access platform features. Verification and publishing access are privileges, not rights.

• Users begin as Viewers and apply for Writer/Photographer roles via verification.
• We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke roles at our discretion.
• Users are responsible for account security and data accuracy.

Public Profiles & Studios

Callitabhi is not a private or social-media-based platform. All user profiles, studios, and published content are public by default.

• User profiles, including name, bio, images, stories, statistics, and external links, are publicly accessible.
• Users should not upload content they do not wish to be publicly visible.
• Callitabhi does not provide private or restricted-access profiles.
• Removing content from the platform removes it from public display on Callitabhi, but copies saved or redistributed elsewhere are beyond our control.

Content Ownership & Responsibilities

Users retain full ownership of the content they submit to Callitabhi.

• By uploading content, users confirm they hold the necessary rights and permissions.
• Content must comply with our Community Guidelines.
• Callitabhi does not claim ownership over user-submitted content.

Attribution

When content is displayed within the Callitabhi platform, creator attribution is automatically preserved and shown.

When content is downloaded and used outside the platform, attribution is encouraged but not mandatory unless explicitly stated by the creator.

Downloads & External Use

Users downloading content are responsible for how it is used outside the platform. Callitabhi is not responsible for third-party use, misuse, or failure to provide attribution after download.

Moderation & Deletion

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts without providing explanations for moderation decisions.

• Users may delete their content at any time.
• Distributed content on third-party platforms may require additional time for removal.
• Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Copyright & Takedown Requests

If you believe content on Callitabhi infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request.

• Requests must include proof of ownership and the specific content in question.
• We reserve the right to remove content pending review.
• Repeated infringement may result in account termination.
